When Tidbits first started in 1985, the restaurant was ¼ the size it is today. Most likely Clara would have taken your order, made your lunch and served it to you! Soon after, Greg joined Clara and things haven’t stopped since, with three major renovations and expansions to serve many more customers. Early on Clara and Greg realized consistency, freshness, and quality were extremely important, but that friendly, personal customer service would always set us apart. Our goal is simple: provide the freshest food (we would serve it with pride to our grandmother!) in an enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere with friendly personal service.
